"The Exhibit/Sponsor Commercial Letter of Agreement Is Now Being Accepted for 37th Annual AAIP Meeting"
The Commercial Letter of Agreement for exhibiting and sponsoring activities for the 37th Annual AAIP Meeting in Worley, Idaho are now being accepted. Exhibitors, vendors and sponsors are considered Grantors. Grantors are required to sign the Letter of Agreement (LOA) download the LOA form. Please be informed that the LOA is not the Exhibit Registration form, the Exhibit Registration form will be provided to Grantors on submission of their LOA.
Interested organization/agency representatives are to complete the Grantor information on page 1 and include signature of Grantor on page 2. The completed forms can be faxed to Anita Cox at 405-943-1190. Do not send payment with the LOA. Payment method will be provided on the Exhibit Registration form.

Sunday, July 27th - 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday, July 28th - 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Actually viewing time 1:30 to 4:00p.m.)
Breakdown:
Monday, July 28th 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Note: Plenary Sessions and Luncheon will be held in Plummer, ID
Breakout Sessions and Exhibits will be held in Worley, ID
How to Become an Exhibitor for the 2008 AAIP Annual Meeting
Organizations and individuals interested in sponsoring events or exhibiting at AAIP’s Annual Meeting in Worley, ID July 26-29, 2008 are required to utilize the following two (2) step exhibitor procedure.
1. Complete both pages of the “Commercial/Exhibitor Letter of Agreement and Standards of Commercial Support for CME”. This form can be obtained by downloading the LOA form (.pdf file) or by contacting the Exhibits Manager. (Do not send payment prior to submitting the Letter of Agreement)
2. Upon receipt of this form AAIP will send you the “AAIP Registration Form”. Completed form and accompanying payment should be
